I'M SO GLAD YOUR HERE!

I'm so excited you chose me to be a part of your hair journey! I have worked so hard at perfecting my skillset to give you the hair of your dreams! With that being said I do things a little bit differently than most salons. For EVERY NEW CLIENT I REQUIRE AN ONLINE CONSULTATION FORM. This gives me the information I need for how to book your appointment & allows me to give you a more realistic starting quote.
I am currently ACCEPTING NEW clients! If you are new here welcome, I am so excited to start this journey with you! In my opinion the most important part of your appointment is the CONSULTATION ! With that being said your first step is to fill out a New client consultation form, you can find that in the drop down under new client tab. Once that is completed I will reach out to go over your consultation form. I also offer complimentary in person consultations but the form must be completed first!


 

I ASK THAT YOU LOOK OVER MY PRICES,POLICYS, AND HOURS. PLEASE BE COMPLETLEY HONEST IN YOUR CONSULTATION, I AM NOT HERE TO JUDGE. KNOWING YOUR HAIRS FULL HISTORY ALLOWS ME TO GIVE YOU REALISTIC GOALS AND TIME FRAME WHILE KEEPING THE INTEGRIDITY OF YOUR HAIR!

Kasey Galicki Hair policies

Pricing: We offer a transparent 'starting at' pricing system for our services,  However, please keep in mind that several factors can influence the final cost, including hair length, density, texture, and unique or extreme scenarios. If you have any questions about pricing or need clarification, don't hesitate to consult with your chosen stylist. Also, it's worth noting that achieving your desired look may require more than one visit, so please plan accordingly.

Cancellations / Lateness: We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel, modify, or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. Clients who cancel, reschedule, or modify with this advance notice will not be charged. However, if you cancel, reschedule, or modify your appointment without 48 hours' notice or do not show up for your appointment on the day of, there will be a 50% charge based on what was scheduled for that day. We value the time of both our clients and our stylists. In the spirit of fairness to all our clients, we reserve the right to turn away guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment. We believe punctuality is essential to maintaining the quality of our services. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will consider such situations on a case-by-case basis.

Service Adjustments Policy: , My goal is to provide you with the best possible service. I understand that sometimes adjustments may be necessary. Please note the following: We do not offer refunds, but we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your appointment, we are happy to make adjustments.

To qualify for an adjustment, please schedule your follow-up appointment within 1 week of your initial visit with the same stylist. In some cases, additional products may be needed to achieve your desired result. If these products were not purchased at the salon, there may be additional charges associated with your adjustment.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we look forward to making any necessary adjustments to ensure you leave our salon feeling fabulous.

 

Photos / Videos: I (kasey Galicki) embrace modern practices, which may include capturing photos and videos during your appointment. These visuals help us showcase our work on social media and in our marketing efforts. Rest assured that we prioritize your privacy and comfort. If you have any concerns  please let her know, and she will gladly respect your wishes. Thank you for allowing us to share our creative journey with you.

 

Payments: cash, check or card are accepted. ( if paying with credit card there is a 3.75% fee added to the cost of service).
